脂蛋白生物膜与细胞器超微结构在广泛的细胞生理与病理过程中扮演重要角色。脂类与蛋白的代谢失调和细胞器膜结构的紊乱与多种重大疾病密切相关，包括世纪疾病阿尔茨海默症等。为进一步促进多学科相关领域的学术交流，我们将于2019年11月7-9日在温州举办中国科学院大学温州研究院第一届健康与疾病系列的国际研讨会，会议将邀请一批国内外生物膜自组装、细胞电镜超微结构、神经退行性疾病尤其是聚焦小胶质细胞与神经炎症和老年痴呆等相关领域知名专家进行报告交流。
此次会议题目为“《健康与疾病中的脂蛋白复杂中间相与亚细胞器超微结构》国际研讨会”，主题主要包括：（1）膜生物物理学和生物分子自组装；（2）生物膜的形状、发生和由应力引起的相变； （3）阿尔茨海默病相关研究和小胶质细胞和神经炎症； （4）脂类和蛋白质在细胞器结构改变中的角色等。

The first international mini-symposium entitled: “Lipid-Protein Mesophases and Cell Organelle Ultrastructure in Health and Disease”, organized by Wenzhou Institute, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (WIUCAS) will be held on 7-9 November 2019 at Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
The lipid-protein complex mesophases and cell organelle ultrastructures play important roles in a wide range of cell physiological and pathological processes. Lipid-protein metabolic dysregulation and organelle membrane disorders play significant roles in multiple human diseases, including Alzheimer's disease. In order to promote academic exchanges among multi-disciplines, the symposium includes 4 themes: (1) Membrane biophysics and biomolecular self-assembly; (2) Membrane shapes, biogenesis and phase transitions induced by stress; (3) Alzheimer’s disease-related research, and microglia and neuro-inflammation; (4) Role of lipids and proteins in organelles structure and genesis.
